With the knowledge world, ANWR supports the training and further education of employees in the trade. Until May 2025, retailers affiliated with ANWR Austria can also use the offer free of charge.
Following the introduction of 360-degree consulting at the beginning of the year, which focuses specifically on the areas of personnel and succession, the knowledge world is an important addition to ANWR’s consulting portfolio, Meyer continued. “The feedback and mood of our dealers at the Schuh Austria trade fair were very positive. It is great to see how our consulting services are being used.”
Another success factor is the efficiency of business processes. From ANWR Austria’s point of view, the digitalization of processes plays a major role. The ECC Clearing Center is now used by more than 60 ANWR dealers in Austria.
With digital invoice archiving via its cooperation partner Grün RAW GmbH, ANWR Austria is offering its affiliated retailers an additional service from autumn: The participating suppliers send the original receipts or the electronic data (EDI) to RAW. The retailers receive these receipts directly and conveniently via the invoice portal. The receipts are also archived at RAW. According to the group, the associated communication is also digital.
