With today’s rise, the market cap of the company has increased to Rs 21.18 crore. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 59.99 and the 52-week low is Rs 33.03.

What is the company’s plan

Pradhin Limited said in an exchange filing that it is in advanced discussions with Reliance Industries for an order worth up to Rs 1 billion (Rs 100 crore). The talks are ongoing and include the supply of Fe 600 grade TMT bars and beams to the Jamnagar facility. This is being considered an important milestone for the company from the point of view of entering the steel sector. The company is almost debt-free.

Talking about the shareholding pattern, the promoters hold 8.13 per cent stake in this company. Whereas, the public holds 91.88 per cent shares.

Money increased 8.5 times in 8 years

In the last one month, the shares of Pradhan Limited have risen by 43 percent. So far this year, the company’s shares have risen by 46 percent. In the last one year, it has given a return of 28 percent. Talking about the long term, in August 2016, the price of one share of the company was just Rs 6.89, which has increased to Rs 58.05 today. That is, in 8 years, it has given a return of about 740 percent. During this period, the investors’ money increased by about eight and a half times.
