After subscription, now investors are waiting for share allotment and listing. According to the schedule, allotment of shares to successful investors is to be done today on 26 August. 1) Select the Issue Type ‘Equity’ and Issue Name ‘Orient Technologies Limited’.

On the NSE website
1) After logging in, the PAN number will already be visible.

There is a good demand for Orient Tech’s IPO in the grey market. Before listing today, on 26 August, this issue is trading at a premium of Rs 82 in the unlisted market. The company’s revenue grew 15.54 percent to Rs 542.01 crore in FY 2023. It was Rs 469.12 crore a year ago. Net profit increased by 14.35 percent to Rs 38.30 crore during FY 2023. It was Rs 33.49 crore in FY 2022. During the April-September 2023 period, Orient Technologies recorded a revenue of Rs 268.17 crore and a net profit of Rs 16.40 crore.
