Tata Group (Tata Group) has announced to give jobs to 4000 women of Uttarakhand in the company. The company will give jobs to these women in its components manufacturing and assembly facility in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Tata Group gave this information on Monday. According to an official statement of the company, Tata Group’s Chief Human Resource Officer Ranjan Bandopadhyay has written a letter to the State Planning Department. It said that the recruitment process will start soon in the state under NATS and NAPS programs.

It said that the recruitment process of women will start soon. The statement said that Tata Electronics Private Limited will recruit 4000 women candidates from Uttarakhand in its plants located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu and Kolar, Karnataka under the NPS and NATS program. The Uttarakhand government under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami is continuously working to connect the youth with employment opportunities.
These qualifications are necessary for the job
According to the statement, as per the eligibility criteria for NAPS, candidates should have passed class 10 or 12, while for NATS, candidates should have passed class 10, class 12 or have an ITI diploma. Candidates will have to undergo a test for selection. After selection, they will be appointed as shop floor technicians. Apart from a fixed salary, the selected women will also get accommodation, food, transportation and other facilities. Other benefits will also be provided as per the company’s policy.
All the selected technicians will be appointed under the Apprenticeship Act 1961. Based on their qualifications, they will receive appointment letters under NAPS and NATS schemes. “The candidates will be appointed as Shop Floor Technicians in Precision Electronics Assembly. Their role will involve operating highly sophisticated and automated machines under supervision,” the letter said.
