The training includes the departments of shipping, e-commerce, accounting, purchasing, sales, customer service and marketing. The trainees not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience.
Experienced mentors from older years of training support the new trainees in integrating into everyday work, the work environment and the team. At the start of their training, they take part in a brand workshop, which is carried out together with the marketing team. At the ILM in Offenbach, experienced sales staff are on hand to support the trainees.
