Golden Goose: Sales increase with D2C strategy

The Italian company Golden Goose generated sales of 307 million euros in the first half of 2024. This is a currency-adjusted increase of 12% compared to the first half of 2023. D2C sales increased by 18% after adjusting for currency effects and accounted for 73% of sales. Wholesale sales, on the other hand, fell by 5% due to the strategy of focusing more on D2C. Golden Goose sees its strategy confirmed by the growth in sales. The EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) accounts for a total of 47% of sales, the American double continent 38% and the APAC region (Asia-Pacific) 14%.

Adjusted EBITDA increased by 12% after adjusting for currency effects to EUR 109.2 million. Adjusted EBIT for the first half of 2024 is EUR 80.5 million. This is an increase of 9% after adjusting for currency effects.
