Ringschuh launches job tool – schuhkurier

Finding new staff is a challenge for many companies – including those in the shoe industry. Ringschuh Austria GmbH would like to provide support here: the new job platform Jobring is intended to provide a solution.

Jobring wants to operate primarily in social networks. However, the strategy is not just based on “normal job advertisements” but also aims to specifically target specialists and managers through a social recruiting program. Another focus is on keeping the application effort low: the processes for applicants on the platform should be kept as low-threshold as possible.

Together with Jobring, affiliated companies can create a candidate profile based on what they are looking for. This means that, for example, social media advertisements only target those people who are potentially suitable. The advertisements are designed to stand out from the crowd and are constantly updated.

If a prospective candidate is interested in a job advertisement, a questionnaire follows the funneling process on the portal. This not only checks compatibility with the applicant, but also provides the employer with information that could be relevant for the interview. “This data forms the perfect starting point for a short phone call,” says Jobring, so that the employer can get to know potential candidates quickly and easily and “ideally win them over for the company.”

Jobring recommends that companies have an advertising budget of 200 to 300 euros per month and per ad. The platform assumes that it will take one to two days for the first applications to arrive. A higher budget could increase visibility. Creating such a campaign should only take a few days.
