The total area of the shop on Huestrasse in Bochum is around 270 square metres. A real estate portal stated that the monthly rent for this location before Görtz reopened was around 9,500 euros. This corresponds to a price per square metre of 35.19 euros and, according to market experts, is a typical rent for the location. The sleigh service provider Scoopjet had previously rented the shop.
The new Görtz store in Bochum implements the lifestyle concept developed by Görtz owner Bolko Kissling. Clothing from the own brand GLDN accounts for around 40% of the store’s sales.
