On September 23rd, the hiking shoe manufacturer Hanwag launched the “From Trails to Tales” marketing campaign. On the campaign page, customers should share their most beautiful personal stories that they experienced while hiking with Hanwag shoes and upload them with matching photos. Selected posts are then shared on the Instagram account and on the Hanwag Stories blog. You can also win a voucher from the tour operator Wikinger Reisen worth 1,500 euros. There are also vouchers for new soles and care sets, which are intended to extend the life of the shoes as much as possible. “We came up with the idea for this campaign through the used shoes that our customer service received for resoling,” explains Sebastian Städtler, International Marketing Director at Hanwag. “Many have a proud age and we often ask ourselves: What have our customers experienced with it? That would not only be exciting for us to find out, but also for the Hanwag community.”
