He was Vice President Footwear from June 2021 to October 2023 and Director Sales Footwear from October 2023 to October 2023. He is now ready for his next task and would take a few weeks off before starting his next task with a new employer. Say is considered an outdoor expert and, before joining Jack Wolfskin, he worked at Keen for over six years and at Smartwool, a merino sock manufacturer based in the outdoor scene, for two and a half years.
