After the big victory in the Haryana Assembly elections, today (17 October 2024) the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is going to form the government for the third time. In the legislative party meeting, the high command has once again expressed confidence in Naib Singh Saini. Today (October 17) Naib Singh Saini will take oath as CM again. Naib Singh Saini was elected leader of the legislature party in Panchkula. On this occasion, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav were present as observers. After this, Naib Saini along with Union Minister Amit Shah reached Raj Bhavan and staked claim to form the government. The swearing in ceremony will take place in Panchkula.
Along with CM Saini, 10 cabinet ministers are also expected to take oath. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini will take oath at 1.15 pm. The arrival of VIPs for the oath ceremony will start from 11 am. Tight security arrangements have been made in Panchkula for the swearing-in ceremony.
PM Modi will attend the swearing in ceremony
Many Union ministers like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Manohar Lal Khattar will be present in the swearing-in ceremony. Apart from these, CMs of 18 states and Deputy CMs of 8 states and one Union Territory (UT) will also be included. While attending the swearing-in ceremony of Nayab Singh Saini, PM Modi will preside over an important meeting of NDA leaders and representatives-Chief Ministers. This meeting will be held today from 3 pm to 7 pm at Hotel Lalit. Party leaders say that more than 50,000 people will participate in this big program. Let us tell you that elections were held in Haryana on 5th October. There are 90 Legislative Assembly seats in the state. In this, BJP has won 48 seats. Whereas Congress had to be satisfied with 37 seats.
