Two promoters of Pidilite Industries have sold their major stake in the company today on October 29. Company promoter Apoorva Narendrakumar Parekh has sold his 150000 shares. This is 4.8 percent of his total stake. According to the report, this block deal was done at a price of Rs 3170 per share. Besides this, another promoter Purvi Apoorva Parekh sold 50000 shares or 6.3 per cent of her total stake in the company at a price of Rs 3170.00 per share.
Both the promoters together have sold a total of 11.1 percent stake in Pidilite Industries. However, on the other hand, Parkam Dyes & Chemicals Pvt Ltd bought 200,000 shares or 0.03 per cent stake of Pidilite Industries at the same price of Rs 3170 per share. A decline of 1.66 percent was seen in the company’s shares today and the stock closed at Rs 3108 on BSE.
Transactions in PNB Housing also
Large scale transactions were also seen in shares of PNB Housing today. HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited bought about 10 lakh shares or 0.38 per cent stake in PNB Housing at a price of Rs 900 per share. On the same day, Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) Ltd sold about 10 lakh shares or 0.38 per cent of PNB Housing at a price of Rs 900 per share. Shares of PNB Housing Finance witnessed a rise of 2.33 per cent on October 29, closing at Rs 922.80 per share.
On October 29, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Private Limited sold 226,251 shares of IdeaForge Technology Limited at Rs 555.35 per share. AION Jyothi LLC sold 5,137,879 shares of Jyothi Structures Ltd at Rs 34.72 per share.
Ramco Management Private Limited bought 10,700,000 shares of Ramco Industries Limited at a price of Rs 232.05 per share. Rajapalayam Mills Limited also bought 3,391,500 shares of Ramco Industries Limited at Rs 232.05 per share. Meanwhile, Ramco Cements Ltd sold 14,091,500 shares of Ramco Industries Ltd at Rs 232.05 per share.
Bholaram Aggarwal sold 148,514 shares of Sah Polymers Limited at a price of Rs 105.31 per share. Utmost Capital India Fund I bought 200,000 shares of Sasken Technologies Ltd at Rs 1,664.17 per share, while Vanderbilt University sold 200,000 shares of Sasken Technologies Ltd at Rs 1,663.50 per share.
