SABU: Regional conference with a new concept

The final question was “Gut vs. head – how do you make your business decisions?” The members discussed their most important decision-making factors with regard to discounts to end customers, the margin achieved and the range selection. The SABU BI tool was also discussed, which has been part of the range of services since February 2024 and is intended to help make even better business decisions using market data. Oliver Straub, consultant for digital trading systems and processes, presented the tool and gave the members individual advice.

At SABU they are satisfied with the new event format: “Our online events such as the Forum/Commerce or the Fashion Report are now established and appreciated. This makes it all the more important to add additional value to our live events. We cannot initiate lively discussions like this online. The next regional conference is planned for 2026, and a forum/trade will take place online again in 2025 – the two event formats will alternate,” says SABU managing director Stephan Krug.
