In October, the ANWR-Erfa Group Austria met at the Legero United headquarters for a conference. In addition to the exchange of business figures and industry comparisons, the topics of digitalization and employer branding in the shoe retail sector were on the agenda.
In a lecture, Norbert Jung from the invoice portal provider Grün Raw GmbH gave insight into the topic of electronic invoicing. The provider works with ANWR and wants to help retailers automate in order to save costs in the long term. Julia Forsthuber gave a lecture on special challenges relating to personnel issues in stationary retail and presented practical solutions. The participants received tips on how the ANWR/SABU knowledge world and the ANWR recruitment platform Easy@jobs can help them in their daily use. Martin Berghofer from BBE-Handelsberatung also gave insights into the possible uses for AI in everyday retail business.
