On November 6th and 7th, the SABU Young Entrepreneurs Circle met at the group headquarters in Heilbronn. Often requested, the conference, which was attended by 15 young entrepreneurs, was used for a workshop on human resources. Constantin Weinmann, consultant and coach at Hutner AG and Carola Weinmann, head of human relations at SABU GmbH, highlighted the topics of recruiting and job advertisements.
Bachfischer discussed job advertisements, job interviews and employee communication with the participants. Weinmann invited them to change their perspective and asked what an employer can do to convince and leave a good impression.
