In November 2024, the Hamburg shoe retailer opened a new store in Frankfurt: at Kaiserstrasse 3, the location offers a range of shoes and accessories on an area of 220 square meters. This means the store is just a stone’s throw away from its old location at Kaiserstrasse 9. The previous tenant of the current rental property was the fashion company Sør.
The real estate specialist Lührmann was active in mediating. “When looking for space, Görtz attached great importance to ensuring that the new store opened in a high-quality property with an attractive facade,” explains Robin Berthold, Senior Consultant Retail Leasing at Lührmann and responsible for this deal. “Since Görtz’s former location at Kaiserstrasse 9 was only a stone’s throw away, Görtz was able to calculate sales well for this location.”
