The Tuttlingen shoe company Solidus celebrated the “impressive loyalty and commitment” of several of the company’s employees at the last company meeting. Managing director Uwe Decker and the entire Solidus family expressed their thanks for their support. Alexander Glaser, head of IT and controlling, and Laura-Maria Jäger from the CAD department were each honored for 25 years of service. Brigitte Liebermann, who also works in the CAD department, was honored for her 30 years of commitment, while Alexander Kolb, who already completed his training as an industrial clerk at Solidus, was honored for his 40 years of loyalty.
“It is no longer a given that employees remain loyal to a company for so many years,” said Uwe Decker at the event. “It fills us all the more with pride and gratitude to have such experienced, valued and popular colleagues in our ranks. They are the heart and soul of our company and shape the success story of Solidus with their expertise and commitment.” In addition to congratulations, the anniversaries received certificates and small gifts. “The Solidus family appreciates the jubilarians not only for their outstanding professional achievements, but also for their human contribution to the team. Their loyalty and commitment are exemplary of the values that have always defined Solidus,” the company says.
