In the last two weeks, the ANWR group organized a tour of three business talks and met its members at the Wortmann Group in Detmold, at Gabor in Rosenheim and at Hanau Marketing GmbH. “It is very important to us to communicate regularly with our members,” emphasizes Patrick Gottesleben, Managing Director of ANWR Schuh GmbH. “At the same time, our aim as the group is to provide assistance with the challenges of current and future corporate management.” The ANWR Business Talks, which took place for the third time this year, are a perfect format for this, says Gottesleben.
The business talk agenda included current information on market events and from the ANWR as well as a keynote speech on a key topic followed by a panel discussion. The events concluded with an individual program from the hosts.
In Detmold, Julia Post, social media manager of the ANWR Group, gave inspiration for social media with the lecture “A Bunch of Content”. There was also a visit to the Wortmann Group’s logistics center and an insight into the brand world. In Rosenheim, Frauke Kohl, human resources manager at Gabor Shoes AG, spoke about personnel searches in retail and the role of a values-based company. In Hanau it was about the development of the city center. Susanne Schmitz, headhunter for new store concepts at Hanau Marketing GmbH, advocated increasing the attractiveness of the city center by working together with retailers and the city. “An overall very well-rounded tour lies behind us,” is the conclusion of Astrid Heinze, managing director of ANWR Schuh GmbH. “The participants received a lot of inspiration, were able to exchange ideas with their dealer colleagues in the network and learn a lot. A special thank you goes to the host companies for their commitment and the great support on site.”
