Washington: Indian young man Aryan Reddy died in a tragic accident during a birthday party in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The 23-year-old was a Master of Science student at Kansas State University Ready. He became the victim of a bullet fired from a gun he bought for hunting during a party. According to the report, Reddy Aryan, a resident of Sairam Nagar, Telangana, recently obtained a rifle hunting license in the US.

He was celebrating his birthday with friends

The incident occurred on November 13, when Aryan Reddy was celebrating his birthday with his friends at his home in Atlanta, Georgia. During the celebration, Reddy allegedly took out his new hunting gun to clean it, officials said. During this, he accidentally shot him in the chest.

Friends were in the other room

According to officials, after hearing the sound of the bullet, Reddy’s friends in the other room approached and found him lying in a pool of blood. He was immediately transferred to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The bullet hit him in the chest, and although he was immediately taken to the hospital, he could not be saved.

The father made this call

Originally from Bhuvanagiri district in Telangana, Reddy’s family now lives in Uppal. Speaking about the incident, Aryan’s father Sudarshan Reddy appealed to parents to remain alert about the menace of students living abroad possessing weapons, reports FPJ. He stressed that no family should suffer such a tragedy. The issue of gun violence remains hotly debated in the United States, with calls for stricter gun control measures due to concerns about public safety.
