Kash Patel previously served in the Trump administration as chief of staff of the Defense Department, deputy director of national intelligence and senior director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council. The Gujarat-born Patel, who has also been in the news for his statements about the construction of a Ram temple in India, praised Kash Patel for his role in investigating the Russia hoax, calling him an “America First” warrior. Trump said Patel has dedicated his career to exposing corruption, defending justice and protecting the American people. Trump tasked Patel with addressing rising crime rates, gangs and cross-border drug smuggling. He will serve under Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Kash Patel’s statement on Ram temple sparks discussion

Kash Patel’s appointment is an important part of Trump’s plans for a second term. They focus on strengthening law and order and national security in the United States. Patel once said that the foreign media are talking about the 50-year history of Ayodhya but forgetting the more than 500-year history of Ram Temple. Kash supported the construction of the temple in Ayodhya while criticizing the critics.
