The protagonist of the TV commercial is the German actress and influencer Sofie Eifertinger. The focus is on the dilemma of finding the perfect outfit for the holidays. Eifertinger initially solves this by simply appearing in a bath towel – at sports, in the club and at the Christmas party. And then Zalando comes into play…
“As the year comes to a close, we’re tackling one of the smallest and biggest questions in the world – the universal fashion question that many people ask themselves, especially before the holidays. We want to help our customers feel confident in their outfit no matter the occasion by offering them inspiration and a high-quality fashion experience,” says Sara Spännar, VP Marketing at Zalando.
The campaign captures a moment that almost everyone knows: the moment after showering, when you come out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel and are overwhelmed by the question “What should I wear?”
The campaign is scheduled to run from December 3, 2024 to January 31, 2025. The second phase begins at the beginning of January and, according to Zalando, focuses on supporting customers as they start the new year – here the focus is on sportswear.
