UNESCO on Wednesday added the zinc roof restoration and ornamentalists techniques used on Parisian buildings to its Intangible World Heritage list. Building upon their craft dating from the 19th century, these craftsmen are adapting their trade to deal with climate change and hope that the newfound status will attract more young people to the trade.
