In Angola on the first ever visit by a US president, on Tuesday Joe Biden said that the US is all in on Africa and highlighted up the global stakes remaining on the continent’s realization of its goals. Biden’s counterpart and host, Joao Lourneco, was equally effusive about the value of the trip.
