Richard Stölze announced on December 11th that he would be stepping down from his role as managing director at the hat and leather goods manufacturer Seeberger in the new year. He should only support the company in an advisory capacity. The two authorized representatives Beate Fuchs and Karen Jesse were introduced as successors and will take over management on January 1st. Now the company is announcing further details about how the successors will work. Beate Fuchs will be responsible for sales and finance. She started her career in 2010 as a key account manager and has been working as a sales manager and authorized representative since 2016. As managing director, Karen Jess will be responsible for private label and in-house production. She has been with Seeberger since 2013. Initially as a design assistant, since 2014 as head of design, purchasing, product management and authorized representative. Jess and Fuchs about their new role and their goals with Seeberger: “It fills us with great pride that we will be able to act as managing directors of this traditional company in the future. We are confident that we can secure and expand the hat factory’s successful market position for the next decades. Of course, the values and principles of the hat factory will continue to exist in the future and we are very happy to bring in new ideas.”
