According to the organizers, exhibiting companies from more than 40 countries will be at Lake Garda. The buyers and dealers represent more than 100 countries. The organizers are convinced that the Expo Riva Schuh is thus confirming its status as the perfect “antidote” to the global crisis.
Buyers and international delegations will be welcomed on the 50,000 square meter exhibition area, which is complemented by three hotels (Astoria Resort, Du Lac et Du Parc Grand Resort, Grand Hotel Liberty). The organizers see as positive signs the return of brands such as Aerosoles, Pampili and Mustang, as well as the continued presence of Imac/Primigi, Valleverde, Geox, Marina Galanti, US Golf Club, Armata di Mare and Nazareno Gabrielli and others.
With various initiatives aimed at connecting supply and demand in non-traditional ways, Expo Riva Schuh & Gardabags aims to reaffirm its status as a strategic platform for exploiting business opportunities.
This includes, among other things, the Digital Connection app, which is intended to enable users to identify the companies most suitable for their needs, make direct contact and plan visits.
Special market focus sessions will also serve to establish contacts between exhibitors and buyers. They offer the opportunity to explore perspectives and trends in key global markets. Throughout the fair, the Innovation Village Retail and Start-up Competition will once again take center stage, offering advanced solutions for distribution, with the participation of nine international start-ups selected by partner Retail Hub. The fair’s scientific committee – made up of Enrico Cietta from Diomedea, Matteo Pasca from Arsutoria and Alberto Mattiello from Retail Hub – as well as an expert jury made up of buyers and exhibitors will select the winner, who will be awarded for presenting the most innovative project.
