The branches in the Bergedorf City Center and in the Alstertal shopping center in Poppenbüttel are affected. Regarding the City-Center Bergedorf location, Görtz Retail GmbH is ordered to pay a total of around 180,000 euros (rent plus interest). This is about rents from January to August 2024.
The rental space for the location on the ground floor of the Alstertal shopping center was ordered to be vacated. The amount in dispute was set at around 550,000 euros.
According to the district court, Görtz has not filed any objections to either default judgment. If the company does not comply with the request to clear the area and hand it over to the plaintiffs, the next step would be a bailiff.
There are currently eviction proceedings before the regional court for four other Görtz locations. These are the locations Spitalerstrasse, Europa Passage, Elbe shopping center and Mercado in Altona.
