At the beginning of the year, Anne-Laure Bigot took over the role of CEO from Claudia Lässig, the company announced. Claudia Lässig remains closely connected to the company as a consultant, partner and member of the advisory board.
With over 20 years of international experience at Adidas, Nike, Cybex and most recently Paidi, Anne-Laure Bigot brings expertise in the areas of global business, product innovation and brand management. In recent years, she has driven forward the brand repositioning and digitalization of sales at Paidi and built a new business area at Cybex.
Claudia Lässig founded her company in 2006 together with Stefan Lässig and Karin Heinrich. Since then, Lässig has made a name for itself with products for babies, children and families in over 50 countries.
Handing over the baton gives Claudia Lässig the opportunity to devote more time to her personal passions such as mentoring and coaching and new ideas.
Claudia Lässig has received several awards for her achievements, including “Successful Woman in Medium-Sized Businesses 2020”, “Hessian Entrepreneur of the Year 2022” and by the Handelsblatt as one of the “50 best German entrepreneurs”.
