Europe’s largest shoe chain Deichmann is opening a new branch in downtown Cologne. The new flagship store is intended to replace the multi-story location on Schildergase and instead offer the Deichmann range on one level with an area of 815 square meters. The branch is divided into the women’s areas – for which an area of around 290 square meters is provided – men’s, children’s and sports. Deichmann is celebrating the opening until January 18th with activities such as sign spinning and a Polaroid photo program. The store itself is intended to attract customers to the area with its bright atmosphere and clear sorting.
“Purchasing should be as easy and convenient as possible for customers,” says the company. For this reason, we regularly invest in the attractiveness of the stores. In 2024, for example, 125 new and reopenings took place.
