The Hamburg shoe chain is insolvent again. The Hamburg District Court opened preliminary insolvency proceedings over the assets of Görtz Retail GmbH. This emerges from announcements from the district court. The provisional insolvency administrator was Dr. Gideon Böhm from the law firm Münzel & Böhm in Hamburg was appointed. When asked by schuhkurier, the law firm stated that it did not want to comment on the matter for the time being. Görtz managing director Bolko Kissling could not be reached.
