Regine Schöllkopf-Pinakidis has been the new CEO of Outletcity Metzingen since January 2025. She succeeds Wolfgang Bauer, who has held the position since 1995. She had previously been on the board as COO since 2022 and now forms the two-person board together with CFO Michael Henseling.
Schöllkopf-Pinakidis started as Retail Manager at Outletcity Metzingen in 2013, rose to Head of Retail Management & Retail Marketing in 2016 and took on the position of Director Sales Channel Onsite in 2019 before being appointed to the COO role. She says about her new position: “I see myself as a link that brings together outstanding experts and exceptional ideas to create sustainable growth and market success. Outletcity is a place where we connect brand partners and guests. Our goal is to offer our guests an incomparable shopping experience and to create special moments of happiness. What started for me in 2013 with around 60 brands has developed into Europe’s largest outlet, with a unique digital concept and its own online shop. With more than a decade of successful work in destination and center management, I and a fantastic team look forward to the future of this impressive company with confidence.”
