Bolko Kissling has two requests for bankruptcy on the assets of the Görtz Holding GmbH and Atlant Logistik GmbH provided at the Hamburg Insolvency Court. As a result, the Hamburg Insolvency Court ordered the preliminary insolvency administration on January 28, 2025 and lawyer Dr. Gideon Böhm, law firm Münzel & Böhm, appointed as a provisional insolvency administrator. In addition, as already announced, he concluded the existing application for the assets of Görtz Retail GmbH with his own application.
For the approximately 400 employees of the Görtz Retail GmbH was requested from the Federal Employment Agency to pre -finance bankruptcy money. The current view of the Federal Employment Agency is that the previous bankruptcy event, on the basis of which the employees of Görtz Retail GmbH have already received bankruptcy money from the Federal Employment Agency, is still not eliminated. For the approx. 55 employees of the Görtz Holding GmbH and the approx. 50 employees of Atlant Logistik GmbH are also provided for a corresponding application. In these two companies, the management and the provisional insolvency administrator invited to employee meetings on January 29 and 30.
In all procedures, the bankruptcy court Dr. Gideon Böhm as an expert to check whether there is an opening reason and, if necessary, what prospects for continuing the companies exist. Dr. Böhm says: “The Görtz Holding GmbH and Atlant Logistik GmbH were also part of the bankruptcy plan and the extremely ambitious renovation concept in 2023. For this reason, we are also faced with a very difficult starting point in these procedures. ”He continues to explain:“ Together with my team, I will have a comprehensive overview of all three at short notice Görtz Getting societies, in particular to check possible renovation outlook. ”Currently, Dr. Böhm intensively with potential prospective buyers. During the examination of the branch concept, the branches in operation remain open to customers.
