Rahul Gandhi claimed that External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar traveled to America several times, so that he could convince America to invite PM Modi. Rahul Gandhi said that if there was a strong system in India, we would have worked on this technology, then the President of America himself would have come to invite India. His statement was related to the swearing in of US President Donald Trump.

As soon as Rahul Gandhi said this in the Lok Sabha, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijiju stood up and opposed Rahul Gandhi’s statement. Rijiju objected to it calling it unproven. He said, ‘Leaders of the opposition cannot give such serious, unproven statements. It is associated with relations between the two countries and he is making an unmatched statement about the PM’s invitation of our country. After this, Rahul Gandhi responded to Rijiju’s objection and said, ‘I apologize for disrupting your mental peace.’

During this time, External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar reached America to represent India. During this time, the special thing was that he was sitting in the front line.
