Police on Wednesday exploded an explosion near a military recruitment center in the western Ukrainian city of Kaminals-Podilsky, without giving further details.
According to Sergi Tieurin, head of Khamelnski Regional State Administration, one person was killed and four other explosions.
The person killed was a citizen who brought explosive equipment, Ukrainian Public Broadcaster Saspilane said citing his sources.

Police convicted Russian spy agencies
Ukraine’s National Police Chief Ivan Vihivski said that Russia’s detective agencies were responsible for the blasts in military draft offices.
“We clearly understand, with Ukraine’s Security Service, that it is a specific attack to destabilize the situation by special services of the Russian Federation,” Vyhivski said.
He said that out of 9 cases of search sabotage and 9 cases of terrorist attacks, police officers were attempted to kill police officers.
Ukraine and Russia Exchange 300 Pows
Meanwhile, Ukraine has brought 150 soldiers back from Russian captivity, said President Voldimir Zelancesi. “Some of these have been in captivity for two years,” he has written on X.
Russia confirmed the prisoner exchange and said that 150 Russian soldiers were returned. Both sides stated that the deal was made by the United Arab Emirates, which has worked as a mediator in many search exchanges.
In an interview aired on Tuesday, Zelansky injured Russia 390,000 in 45.100 in a three -year war with Russia. So he kept the toll of Russian death at 350,000, in which 600,000 to 700,000 were injured.
