I last bought winter shoes three years ago. The fact that the leather is soft has a priority for me, because I have a hallux valgus on the right. It is not very pronounced, but too hard leather is very uncomfortable. The shoes that I just bought were reduced from 130 to 70 euros, but that was not the reason why I took them. The crucial thing about shoes is that I like them and fit them optimally. I always loved to buy chic shoes, and I usually have very specific ideas. For example, I have been looking for a ballerina in the way I am wearing it at the moment (black paint ballerina with a high cleavage, editor’s note), but fed with fur. Apparently there is no such thing. I would also like to have a shoe of the Oxford shoe, but made of soft leather and with a zipper, because it makes it very easier to wear and take off. Unfortunately, the models that I currently see are either too hard or to lace up. Nice shoes are very important to me. But you also have to be comfortable. The price actually doesn’t matter. I used to spend a lot more money on shoes. But when I look at what is currently being offered, I don’t feel like it.
