Doge Medicare focuses on Medicade System
Billionaires are reviewing the system and technology at the Department of Government Efficiency of Elon Musk, or Dogi, Center for Medicare and Medicade Services (CMS).
The agency, which manages the country’s two largest health programs, spends more than $ 1 trillion to provide health insurance for more than 140 million people.
CMS spokesman Catherine Hoven said in a statement that two agency officials are working with Dogi.
“We are taking a thoughtful approach to see where there can be more effective and efficient use opportunities of resources to meet the goals of President Trump,” Hoven said.
