The Philippines vice -president Sarah Dutee said that on Friday she was not yet considered to step into the lower house to vote for her to impeach her earlier this week.
The Senate is now due to the rule over impeachment, which can prevent him from holding public positions in the future. But she can avoid it if she steps down beforehand.
“We are not there. Those things are still far away,” Duterte said in his first public comment in impeachment vote.
The Vice President said that he would fight impeachment. So refuse to run for the President in the next election in 2028.
