A former Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister told the VOA that 70,000 Sunni Arab details are in Iraqi jails, most of which have confessed under pressure or torture and sent to death or life. He warned that if the amnesty law is not implemented, Sunni Arab anger can reach a braking point.
