Yasin Seitavesar believes that most people are breathing wrong – for their own barriers.

“We humans breathed completely as children, because a healthy child always breathes in the nose and stomach and never flattens upwards.”

“We met and started training directly. It meant that I (wrestling) was away from the mat and worked exclusively on the technique of breathing for two months.”

Stabiller’s doctors and many people and people close to his wrestling association suspected.

“He said: ‘Hey, Franny, he is crazy. He wants to be the Olympic champion and now he is not taking training anymore, he is just breathing.”
