Vatican said that Pope Francis has been hospitalized in Rome on Friday, as he undergoes treatment for ongoing bronchitis.
Vatican said the 88 -year -old was admitted to the hospital after his morning audience.

The French AFP news agency said that in recent times, Francis had handed over his speeches to the authorities to read.
Vatican said in a statement, “This morning, at the end of its audience, Pope Francis for some essential tests for Poplinico Egostino and to continuously for her treatment for bronchitis, which is still going on in a hospital environment Is.”
Vatican spokesperson Matteo Bruni said that after being admitted to Rome’s Jamelli Polyclinic, Francis was in good spirits and had read some newspapers during his time.
In one evening bulletin, the Vatican stated that early trials showed that Francis had a respiratory tract infection, running a mild fever and in Jamelli in a “fair” position, what he was undergoing drug therapy.

Francis’s ongoing health problems
Francis has also struggled with long matches of bronchitis as well as other health problems.

Therefore Pope Francis has suffered from knee and hip paint, which depends on a walker or sugarcane while walking around. He recently hurts his arm and chin twice.
