The Tiktok app returned to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in the United States on Thursday.
President Donald Trump came in weeks after at least 5 April in banning the app.
The Trump administration has assured companies responsible for alleged APP stories that they are not fined for distributing or maintaining the Chinese app.
Tikok did not immediately comment on the movie.
Trump optimist about tiktok
The Biden administration required the Chinese original company of Tikok, to find a buyer approved for its American operations or to face the ban by 19 January.
However, soon after Trump administered the oath in January, he signed an executive order to push back the ban for 75 days by April.
This delay means that companies operating the stories of the app will not have to face punishment to provide tickets for download.
In response to reporters’ questions on Thursday, Trump said the ban could be delayed again in the future.
“I have 90 days ago about two weeks ago, and I’m sure it can be extended, but let’s see, I don’t think you will need it,” he said.
It was not immediately clear that Trump said that when he said “90 days”, his executive order pushed back the ban for 75 days.
Tiktok was the second most downloaded app in the US last year, with more than 52 million downloads according to the Intelligence firm Censor Tower.
