New Delhi. When illegal Indian migrants from America were brought home for the first time, the case of fetters in their hands and feet caught a lot of fire. After this, the central government also put this issue in front of America. Even PM Narendra Modi had expressed the problem of Indian migrants before Donald Trump during his recent American visit. In such a situation, it seems that now the US has started considering it and that is why it has now been decided that illegal Indians from America will be sent to Costa Rica. When this issue was raised by the opposition in Parliament, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had replied that he is looking at the whole matter with full seriousness. It is believed that this is the result of those measures.

Central American country Costa Rika has agreed to accept illegal Indian migrants exempted from the US. After sending them to Costa Rica, their future will be decided. The office of Costa Rica President Rodrigo Chaws Robbles has announced that exile will begin on Wednesday under the US funding program and migrants will be detained in a temporary center near the Panama border.

Costa Rika or America has not told what will happen to the migrants after being detained in Costa Rica. The deal will help to set up a large -scale detention center inside the country for migrants waiting for America to be deported and avoid negative attitude.

The President’s Office said, “The Costa Rica government has agreed to cooperate with the US in sending 200 illegal migrants back to their country.” He said that people from India and Central Asia will be included in the exile. India has agreed to withdraw at least 18 thousand illegal migrants in the US and Washington has started sending them back to India.

On February 15, the second aircraft with 116 Indians and then on 16 February, the third plane with 112 illegal migrants landed in Amritsar in Punjab. Earlier, on February 5, an American military aircraft had landed at Amritsar Airport with 104 illegal Indian migrants. Of these, 33-33 were from Haryana and Gujarat, while 30 were from Punjab.

During his visit to Washington last week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India will withdraw any verified Indian illegal migrants in America and will also take action against human smugglers who exploit the weak.

This arrangement with Costa Rica was made after the visit of External Affairs Minister Marco Rubio to cooperate with President Donald Trump’s illegal migration. Under similar deals, Al Salvador, Panama and Guatemala are also keeping deported migrants in their country.

Last week, illegal migrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan and China were sent to Panama. The Trump administration has also set up a detention center at Gwantanamo Bay. Here the terrorists involved in the 9/11 al-Qaeda attack on the US have been kept.
