Macron to have a new conversation on Ukraine in Paris

Most of Odessa without power after Russian drone strike
Russian forces attacked the city of Ukrainian Black Sea Port in Odessa, except for the residents of electricity, water or summer, said Mayor Hennadi Trukhanov.
