IRCTC Share Price: The government company is going to give a second interim dividend of Rs 3 per share to its shareholders for the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation FY 2024-25. The record date of this dividend is today, on February 20 and the share is trading X-Dividend. But today the share buyers will not get the benefit of dividend. The shareholders whose names will be present in the records of the Register of Members of the Company or Depositors at the end of the trading day of February 20, they will get dividend.
IRCTC’s interim dividend was announced at the board meeting of February 11. The face value of the stock is Rs 2. The stock is in a slight lead on 20 February. The price on BSE has gone up to Rs 730.90. The company’s market cap is Rs 58300 crore.
23 percent in a year IRCTC
IRCTC shares created a 52 -week high level of Rs 1,148.30 on 22 May 2024. At the same time, the 52 -week low of 709.40 was seen on 18 February 2025. The stock has come down 23 percent in a year. The upper circuit is at Rs 800.80 and the lower circuit is at Rs 655.20. The government had 62.40 percent stake in IRCTC till the end of December 2024.
