Bomb threat airlines flight: A flight (AA 292) of American Airlines, which flew from New York to Delhi, was suddenly diverted to Rome after receiving a bomb threat on Sunday (23 February). It is being told that the flight flying flight on Saturday night had to divert Rome after threatening to blow up. According to a Times of India report, Boeing 787 Dreamliner flew from JFK Kennedy International Airport at 8.14 pm on Saturday (22 February).
When it was above the Caspian Sea, it suddenly turned to Europe. The airline stated that the flight was “folded” due to “potential security threats on the board”. “AA 292, flying from New York to Delhi from New York to Delhi, has been diverted to Rome due to a possible security threat in the flight,” the airline said in a statement.
Officials said a flight from American Airlines going from New York to New Delhi was threatened by an email. The statement from American Airlines further stated that we are working closely with local authorities. We appreciate the patience and cooperation of our passengers. The flight took off from JFK Airport at 8:14 pm local time. The threat was reported when the flight was above the Caspian Sea. Soon after, the airline said in an official statement that AA 292 from New York to Delhi has been diverted to Rome due to a possible security threat in the flight.

After receiving the security alert, the authorities directed the flight to land at Rome’s airport so that there could be a thorough investigation. Sources told India Today TV that the flight would leave for its original destination Delhi only after getting approval from security officials in Rome. There has been no immediate report of any disturbance between the passengers and the crew.
