Whenever he spoke to dealers, the topic of personnel came up sooner or later, reports Maximilian Krien, Head of Business Unit Retail Solutions at the UnwR Schuh in Mainhausen. This business unit was founded in February last year and has the task of expanding the services for trade. “The conversations revolved around the question of how to find new employees, which portals are particularly suitable for the search, what a good job advertisement look like and what it should cost,” reports Krien. It has often been the case for some years that retail companies have lost employees to other industries that offer more attractive financial framework conditions. And not everyone felt shoe trade as a pleasant industry – not least because of the working hours. So about a year and a half ago, it was considered how the grouping group can help their member companies win new people for shoehouses. Together with an external programming service provider, the AnwR Easy@Jobs developed. The basic idea of ​​this concept is, as the name suggests, simply: The concept acts as a portal that enables job advertisements to be published on various relevant recruiting portals. Instead of dealing with Indeed or Monster individually as a dealer and finding yourself in the flood of possibilities and conditions, you only need access to easy@jobs.

“We dealt very intensively with the question of which channels are particularly important when looking for staff,” reports Krien. The AnwR platform offers access to these channels. A dealer can therefore design a job advertisement and be sure that it is played on the corresponding portals in order to achieve the large range as possible.
