Officials say Moscow Airport starts flights after the letter suspension.

Russia’s Aviation Authority said that the Shermetewo Airport in Moscow resumed the flight arrival and departure in early Friday.

The Aviation Authority said, “The arrival of the aircraft and the ban on aircraft were lifted at the Sheremetevo Airport at 03:45 Moscow Time (0045 GMT).”

During the period of sanctions, an aircraft flying to Sermetevo landed in an alternative airspace at Pulkovo, the authority said on Telegram.

The Tass News Agency had earlier reported that the airport suspended the operations on 2:41 Moscow time.
