Muslims around the world have been designed to mark the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan starting on Saturday.
Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries, as well as other Sunni-Bahul countries are ready to start the month on Saturday.
The Saudi press agency announced, “The Supreme Court has decided that tomorrow is the first day of the month of, Saturday, (Ramadan).”
Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Libya, Palestinian region, Sudan and Tunisia want to start day time on Saturday.
Indonesia wants to start the ceremony on Saturday, the world’s most populous Muslim-bound country.
Indonesia’s Religious Affairs Minister Nasruddin Omar announced on Friday that Ramadan would begin on Saturday when the western maximum province of Indonesia was confirmed by the supervisors of Islamic astronomy in the western province of Indonesia after seeing the Crisant Moon.
However, Iran, a Shia-cruelty, declared the first day of Ramadan. Morocco, which has a Sunni Muslim population, will be the only country to start a day’s observation on Sunday, its Islamic Affairs Ministry said.
How is Ramadan celebrated?
During Ramadan, believers are encouraged to eat, drink, tuxedo and sex during daylight. The poor are encouraged by donating.
Therefore, Muslims are encouraged to not engage in gossip, fighting or rotation during the month.
People often buy new clothes and shop for sweets to prepare. The feasts are prepared for pre-don and post-window food, known as “Iftar”.
There are different ways to mark the festival in each country and region. In Indonesia, parade and cleaning graves are a part of the festival.
Fasting is considered to remind believers of the pain of the poor and bring them closer to God.
