Petra Scharner-Wolff has been a new CEO and CEO of Otto Group since the beginning of March, taking over the post of Alexander Birken. Birken takes over the chair of the Otto Group supervisory board from Dr. Michael Otto.
Scharner-Wolff has been a member of the group board since 2015. After stations as a management consultant at the Nymphenburg group, she switched to Otto Group in 1999 in Hamburg. From 2022 she was responsible for controlling all group companies worldwide as director of Group Controlling. Katy Roewer, previous department head, will be responsible for her succession as CFO.
