“Barefoot” accepts shapes – Schuhkurier

“Leitmesse to which Europe comes together”

The first two days of the fair should be purely B2B; If you want to participate, you have to accredit yourself. Each registration is checked; This is also important to Arnd Hinrich Kappe because, at the same time, it is planned to have the FKM certified trade fair.

The last two days will also be open to B2C visitors. End consumers pay 10 euros when entering, which are offset against buying shoes. Exhibitors can also show their collection for 2026 end consumers or if they wish to sell shoes of the current season. The focus should be on advice and information. Furthermore, trade visitors can visit the fair on these days and order shoes for their assortments.

Barefoot shoe dealers should also have the opportunity to sell their shoes on a separate area. You plan a well -curated mix of dealers, says Roman Degenhardt. “We assume that on the days on which the end consumers come, the media will also become aware of the event and will also report nationwide about the concept. After all, we are the first barefoot fair with B2B approach, ”emphasizes the entrepreneur. A combination of B2B and B2C in the segment have not yet existed worldwide.

The supporting program for the Barefoot is to be compiled by mid -April. The industry is also welcome to contribute, such as product presentations. Medical topics or the area of orthopedics will also play a role in the form of lectures or discussions.

At the same time, the organizers plan to build social media channels promptly, including LinkedIn and Instagram. In addition, a landing page is to be built on the Offenbach fair. “We want to get this event running,” says trade fair chief Arnd Hinrich Kappe. “Now is the point where we can take the next step.”
The planned community evening will soon also take shape at the fair.

The composite groups at Barefoot should also be expressly present. One had already spoken to all organizations; “We want you to be there,” said Kappe. Each group of composites is offered a free information stand and additional space is available on request to be able to withdraw for discussions with member companies, for example. Degenhardt is also important to participate in the composite groups, after all, the Barefoot is to be “a leading fair to which Europe comes together”.

The organizer’s interim balance sheet looks positive: “We are actually pretty happy,” says Arnd Hinrich Kappe and Roman Degenhardt added: “It is definitely the right direction.”
