Salomon appoints new creative chief – Schuhkurier

Since the beginning of March, Nick Parkinson’s new global brand creative director in the performance brand Salomon. According to a LinkedIn post from the company, Parkinson’s can look back on many years in creative responsibility with the competitor Nike and his subsidiary Converse. For the past three years, he worked as a global senior creative director at Nike Running and was responsible for the implementation of the fire strategy, as was recently seen at the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.

“Nick is a super -inspired creative,” says Scott Mellin, Global Chief Brand Officer. “His global experience in the areas we want to win was the proof in our hyperfocused selection process.

“I come from a family of engineers and love to solve problems through design,” comments Nick Parkinson’s. “Salomon is at a turning point at which the company can reach the next stage by building up to performance and athletes and transferring it to the world culture and sports style.
